Invalid data value cobblestone wall is obtainable using block transmutation from 13w36a-1 to 1.7.5. The cobblestone wall can normally have data values of 0 and 1 (mossy). The block transmutator allows for invalid data values from 2 to 15. The block form of this feature was deleted in 14w26a (1.8 snapshot) and the item form was deleted in 17w47a (1.13 snapshot).
Obtaining
The 1.7 variant of the block transmutator must be performed. Using a regular cobblestone wall and using a golden pressure plate, the machine should be set using 2-15 arrows. This will create the invalid data value cobblestone wall block, which can then be mined using a pickaxe.
